01 // Method
It starts as consultancy: looking at your workflows and general structure to see where AI could benefit you, and where it wouldn’t. From there I set things up, whether that’s a custom GPT, a tool, or meta prompts that help navigate your accounts.
The same pass covers what can simply be streamlined or automated. Not everything has to be AI-focused, but it plays a role today, as we can make custom software and solutions directly without the need for third-party tools. Every workflow is written up as an SOP so the team knows how it runs.

An assessment of where AI and automation fit in your workflows. Set-up of the tools, custom GPTs and prompts you need, and the automations themselves, in the tools you already use or as custom software where that’s simpler. Training for you and your team, and SOPs for each workflow.
